Hi Chris, I have been meaning to write and thank you for Saturday night. Nick and Nikita did an amazing job - they were extremely organised, professional and pleasant, and dealing with them was a real delight from start to finish. As you know it was an 18th birthday party for 3 boys and the delicious pizzas were just perfect for that crowd. I didn't believe the pizzas Nick and Nikita left behind would get eaten but they were pretty much all gone by the end of the night! It was great to have them there for when people got hungry later in the night. Thanks again Carol.

Hi Christopher, Thanks so much for your involvement in our engagement party. Your specialists arrived on time and delivered sensational pizzas by the requested time. It was noted by all our guests how good having a vegetarian range was and we received many compliments on the quality of your garlic bread. It was actually pretty hard not to keep eating due to the quality of your product. All though we had 10 plus pizzas at the end of service, by the end of the party at 12pm there was only 4 or 5 slices left. Outstanding! Dear Christopher, Thank you for your professionalism and friendliness towards all my guests attending my 40th birthday celebration last weekend. I also appreciate your patience with organising your car and trailer down to where the party was being held. The amount of rain we have had this year just threw our previous plans straight out the window. All feedback received about your pizzas was positive and very favourable - 'best pizzas ever', 'so delicious and plentiful', toppings were varied and moreish', 'best gluten free pizzas ever - even compared to the non-gluten free pizzas eaten in the past!', 'never tried vegetarian pizza previously, it was amazing!', 'obviously good quality ingredients were used - very flavoursome and fresh'. Good afternoon Chris, I believe you could say the day was a blast. The weather perfect and the day flowed without any stress. If only the "All about me Brides" could experience the same stress less day. Our friends left here with only positive comments about everything including your delicious Pizzas. It was such a great way to celebrate with our own little Hawaiian Pizza Deliverers. Thank you so much. We have discussed using you again to help us do a reunion here. It just seemed so easy. Dear Chris You can rest assured that we did indeed have a wonderful meal provided by you & your staff. The pizzas were raved about through the night & well into the next day - I am sure you will get some more work from people who attended our party. The only thing I heard was that perhaps there was not a lot of garlic bread at the beginning - but you sure did make up for it by filling everyone with your lovely pizzas. I would have to admit that i was a little concerned after I had paid the 100% of the catering bill before you arrived. I know that this is how you really need to do business these days as you just never know - but I was a little nervous with the issue. Maybe an idea would be 60-70% prior to arrival & the rest on arrival?? Not sure. (This would not of been an issue if you had been recommended by someone else to me but I just found you on the internet so was a little uneasy.) All in All - your staff & you were great - very friendly & professional Thanks for feeding the kids first - a great idea. You & your business will go far in the catering world - I will definitely recommend you to any friends wishing catering supplied Thanks again Erin

They party was a huge success, your worker was efficient and friendly, and the guests really enjoyed the pizza. Dear Chris, Using your Dry Hire Service for our daughter’s 21st made the party! It was such a fun idea for us to provide ingredients for the guests to make their own pizzas to be cooked in the wonderful wood fired oven. And they tasted great! So much nicer than the usual BBQ, which can get very boring.

Hi Christopher The Woodfired Pizza at my 40th was a great success. Hassle free for me and lots of people raved about the delicious pizzas (we were lucky to have some leftovers for dinner the next night)! Quite a few guests took your business cards home with them. A direct quote from my one & only ‘Gluten Free Guest’ – “I was super impressed with my pizza. It was the best gluten free base I've tried.” My only thought would be that if there was an option I probably wouldn’t bother with garlic bread. It was delicious however it does fill you up & I’d rather save space for more pizza! Thanks & will remember you for future events. Thea Merritt

Hi Christopher, I got lots of really good feedback from guests about the pizza. We had some left over’s but guests were keen to take them and all had been eaten by the next morning. Hi Christopher, I did mean to send you an email after the party - just still had a full house Pizzas couldn't have been better - you did a fantastic job and everyone commented on how delicious the pizzas where and that there was plenty to go around. They also made for a great midnight snack!! The chicken and meat ones where my favourite but they were all divine - Loved the home made bases!!! Very efficient in set up and delivery of pizzas - they just kept coming! Fantastic job - if I ever have a party like that again I would definitely use you again!! Thanks for making it so easy, with delivering and picking up the oven, and providing us with all the tools and wood we needed. Hi Christopher Pizzas were a hit. Everybody loved the idea and the pizza's of course. Fussy eaters got to pick and choose and the kids ate Hawaiian! Everybody was catered for. My only suggestion would to be to mix it up a bit. We had each type of pizza come out one after the other so by the time the last flavour came out nobody wanted pepperoni pizza. So maybe do a couple of each type then repeat. Another suggestion desert pizza?? Apple would be yummy! That way catering would have been complete no need for us to arrange desert (and even though people said they were full from the pizza they still ate the desert) We definitely got our monies worth for the pizza what a shame the jumping castle didn't go so well in the rain! Hi Christopher, Just to let you know how happy we all were with the pizza for my son's 18th birthday party. We'd also like to thank you for your working under very difficult conditions with the rain and storms on the day. Things didn't turn out quite how I thought and a lovely sunny day at the Mooloolaba Spit would have been a really good idea - but we all made the most of the rain, rain and more rain and at least we weren't flooded in. Hi Chris, We were very happy to have the Woodfired Pizza King for our Retailer Awards Night & Christmas Party. The food was delicious and the staff were extremely helpful and happy. My only suggestion would be, if in future you start to get more bookings for the number of people that we had (knowing it's not your regular number) would be investing in two ovens to get the pizzas out quicker. The only suggestion I would make is perhaps have a desert pizza at the end, maybe something like apple and cinnamon or something like that. If there was any suggestion it would probably to have a couple more pizza trays available, however this was a minor point and am sure you have a good reason for running your business operations as you do.
